The intervention involved the structural, functional and architectural redevelopment of the building called "Cinema Eden", owned by the Municipal Administration, of the space in front of the main entrance and facing the building up to the road line and of the exclusive appurtenant areas located on the opposite side. Thanks to the recovery of this property it was possible to reactivate one of the best-lived central places in the historic Carmine district.
