The building, which occupies an area of about 840 square meters, has a rectangular plan and was initially conceived as a "Two-faced Janus": the project in fact envisaged two distinct and autonomous functional areas consisting of a central gym and two opposing locker rooms. . The structure is in Xlam for the changing rooms and in laminated wood for the gym body, whose material elegance is perceptible from the inside in all the complexity of the development of the opposing arches that compose it.
